Return and Exchange Policy:

  • Products can be exchanged or refunded within 3 days.
  • Please ensure that the item(s) being returned are accompanied by the order confirmation and a copy of the delivery notice.
  • Product Condition: The product should be in its original and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging.
  • If you have received a defective product (such as delivery with damaged or missing parts, or any obvious damage), it can be returned and replaced, or you can receive a full refund upon approval.
  • Returns or exchanges may be refused if the product has been used or damaged due to misuse.
  • Proof of Purchase: You may be required to provide a purchase receipt or invoice as evidence of the product purchase.
  • Fee Policy: Additional fees may apply for returns or exchanges, such as shipping fees.
  • If the customer paid by credit card, the refund amount will be credited back to their account, and a confirmation email will be sent. If the customer paid in cash, the refund will be provided in cash.
  • If the customer loses their invoice within the  3 day period, they can request a copy from our after-sales service team or contact us, and an electronic copy of the invoice will be sent to them.
